As a Support and Service Specialist at Loft Dynamics, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our products and systems to our clients in North America. You will perform initial provisioning and commissioning of the simulators at our demanding customers' sites troubleshoot and resolve issues both remotely and on-site if needed, perform diagnostics, and ensure optimal system performance. You will collaborate closely with different departments like IT, Engineering, etc.
You are used to carrying out the work assigned to you independently, on time and with the highest level of quality. Team spirit is not just an empty phrase with us. You will also be responsible for maintaining our demonstration office in Santa Monica in pristine condition, ready at all times for a customer visit, and ensuring that our Loft Dynamics simulator is ready and operational at all times.
Your high level of willingness to travel, strong communication skills and command of the English language round off your profile.
