The Role

Are you a natural born communicator? Are Social channels your go-to? Are you confident using a range of systems? Does having an uplifting conversation make you feel all gooey and warm inside?


We think we have the role for you, our Community Champions love and care for our Social Channels.


We’re seeking an exceptional individual to join our Community team. Our Community Champions are there to make sure that our Channels stay on-brand, whilst also ensuring our customers are seen and heard. Within this fantastic team, you’ll be responsible for interacting with our customers, providing one of a kind support and helping guide the business forward. 


We're looking for Full Time applications - Working Hours will vary and may include afternoons and evenings including weekends.


This is a home working role, ideally suited to a motivated self-starter.


Salary Range sits between £23 - £25k per Annum for the Full Time position.



Day to Day

Engagement Wunderkind


  • Warm and welcoming written manner - allowing our followers to come to you, chat and feel part of the Snag fabric
  • Comfortable using your authentic voice creatively to allow for memorable experiences with everyone


Product Guru


  • Guiding potential customers through their journey with Snag with anything from Sizing to web-help
  • Demonstrate your expert knowledge through your day to day interactions, in both helpful and meaningful ways.


Investigative Reporter


  • Monitor trends and patterns within our feeds, be able to quickly and accurately report on findings
  • Dotting the I’s and Crossing the T’s ensuring details aren’t missed and Snag maximises the opportunities our Social Media Channels present.


A Reassuring Shoulder


  • Supporting the team with updates and enquiries, not to mention your fantastic camaraderie.


About You

We care more about your attitude and ability over previous experience but for you to flourish in this role you will:


  • A natural communicator, you’ll speak with a range of customers on a wide range of issues, sometimes challenging stereotypes and preconceptions. You’ll make this easy to digest and friendly.
  • Have formidable written English skills.
  • Be Organised and Professional - You’ll be expected to manage your workload and your schedule effectively.
  • Be flexible - able to adapt quickly to changes and respond effectively.


This role is based in the UK and will only be eligible for applications within this region.
