YOUR MISSION


ExpressCredit Namibia is seeking a motivated and hands-on Tele Sales Agent -Windhoek to promote ExpressCredit Namibia products across assigned branches and regions, collecting repayments, conducting client assessments, and verifying borrower information. Supports microfinance expansion through effective client communication, market intelligence gathering, loan compliance, and excellent customer service. Requires a self‑motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills who can work independently across multiple locations


Job Duties :



  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Process customer applications and maintain records in the system
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate sales and engage potential customers
  • Upsell and promote company products and services
  • Follow up on customer queries and applications
  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer data
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification in Finance or related field is an advantage)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service (call centre experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Valid Police Clearance required .
