Duties and Responsibilities

-      Assist with the execution of both offline and online marketing activities in line with the company’s plan.

-      Help collect and organize data for marketing reports, including social media engagement, campaign performance, and customer feedback.

-      Support coordination of internal and external marketing events.

-      Aid in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and POS branding across branches.

-      Assist in managing stock of promotional materials and tracking distribution.

-      Conduct basic research on competitors and market trends.

-      Support local activations such as roadshows, school visits, and in-store promotions.

-      Assist in liaising with service providers and vendors for printing, production, and event logistics.

-      Help maintain marketing files, databases, and photo/video archives.

-Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign briefings.

Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

-     Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

-  Experience in marketing, communications, or related field will be an added advantage.

-      Good coordination and time management skills.

-      Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

-      Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

-   Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic design/editing tools.

-      Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media platforms is an advantage.

-      Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-      Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
