Could you be our next Growth Director?


We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our talented sales and marketing team, working from either our Newcastle or Leeds office.

You'll be partnering with some of the brightest people in our industry to develop new business opportunities; creating credible digital marketing solutions for ambitious organisations.


The role

You'll be responsible for:

# Developing a new pipeline of business throughout the UK

# Researching and identifying potential clients

# Facilitating proactive in-person meetings, outbound calls, and emails to contact prospective clients

# Taking a strategic sales approach to identify client needs efficiently and effectively

# Attending industry events and networking events, and representing the company in an engaging and credible way

The person

Ideally you'll have:

# A proven track record in business to business sales, ideally within a related field

# Great negotiation skills and proven ability to close a deal

# An understanding and interest in the marketing landscape

# Exceptional communication and social intelligence skills

# Excellent time management and organisational skills

# Good account management skills, able to maintain relationships as well as develop them

# A strong desire to learn

# A flexible and adaptable approach to work

# A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit

# A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments
