YOUR MISSION


ExpressCredit Namibia is seeking a motivated and hands-on Roaming Officer who Responsible for working in various branches & locations within their assigned regions to promote Express Credit Namibia products. Collect repayments and conduct client assessments. Ensure effective communication with clients, gather market intelligence, and support the expansion of microfinance services in their areas. Will assist in verifying borrower information, ensuring loan compliance, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and could work independently across diverse locations.


Job Duties :



Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive information on the company's products to clients.
  • Actively sell and cross-sell the company's products to potential clients.
  • Generate sales by bringing in new customers and expanding the client base.
  • Evaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients and determine their repayment capability before approving loans.
  • Create customer accounts in the system and upload all required loan documentation.
  • Manage customer loan files and ensure proper filing and archiving procedures are followed.
  • Process customer refunds and handle any complaints or queries escalated by clients.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet sales targets and implement sales plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit procedures and underwriting rules.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity in the system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Stay updated on the latest products and services offered by the company.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling client information.
  • Analyze and assess loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and quality of the loan portfolio.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Be flexible and willing to travel / relocate on a regular basis.


YOUR PROFILE

  • 1 to 2 years years of experience in sales within the financial services sector .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and accurate in handling information.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Valid Police Clearance required .
