As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment for our HQ and support key hires across the Group, working closely with our Group Head of HR and regional HR teams. You'll recruit for a diverse range of positions, partner with hiring managers to build strong teams, and help us move quickly in an increasingly competitive market.




YOUR MISSION

  • Take hands-on ownership of the recruitment process: from understanding hiring needs and sourcing talent to interviewing, advising hiring managers, negotiating offers, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, so we can move quickly when new opportunities arise
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through direct search, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing, always looking beyond traditional channels
  • Develop a solid understanding of the talent markets you recruit in — knowing where to find the best people
  • Act as a trusted ambassador for our employer brand, confidently presenting our culture and vision while building meaningful relationships with candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and regional HR teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Contribute ideas to improve and modernize how we hire, including how we use tools and AI to work faster and smarter
  • Collaborate with the HR team on broader people initiatives when needed

YOUR PROFILE


  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a track record of filling roles directly across different functions
  • Proven ability to source proactively : direct search, networking, referrals, and creative channels — and to keep a live pipeline of candidates ready at all times
  • Solid market knowledge, with the curiosity and drive to research markets you don't yet know
  • A "sales" mindset — confident in positioning and selling a company to both active and passive candidates
  • Comfortable owning the full recruitment cycle end to end, from scoping to offer
  • Confident working directly with hiring managers and candidates at all levels
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven way of working, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Latvian and English
  • Comfortable using MS Office and familiar with recruitment or HR systems (e.g., SageHR, Workable, or similar)


Nice to have


  • Experience recruiting in fintech, financial services, or international/multi-country environments
  • Experience improving or redesigning recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment, or a strong interest in bringing them into the hiring process
  • Experience with employer branding or candidate-attraction campaigns
