Description

Job Summary

Execute a variety of marketing activities, including writing press releases, providing executive administrative support, and coordinating the redevelopment of our website.

 

Marketing Campaign Support

1.      Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

2.      Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, media, and newsletters.

3.      Monitoring email, social media, and digital communications

4.      Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and providing regular reports and analysis to the marketing team.

5.      Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

6.      Coordinate activates to commemorate the institution’s 65th Anniversary

7.      Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, conferences, and meetings.


Press Release Writing

8.      Craft and distribute engaging and compelling press releases to media outlets, and relevant industry contacts.

9.      Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure messaging aligns with company objectives and brand guidelines.


Executive Administrative Support

10.  Provide comprehensive administrative support

11.  Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and presentations.

12.  Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments within the organization.

 

Website redevelopment coordination

13.  Support the coordination and project management of the website redevelopment process, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

14.  Collaborate with design and development teams to implement new website features, functionality, and design enhancements.

15.  Assist in creating and updating content for the company website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency with brand messaging and tone.

16.  Create electronic forms

 

Project Coordination

17.  Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

18.  Track project progress, budgets, and expenses, and provide regular updates to the marketing team.


Communication and collaboration

19.  Facilitate communication within the marketing team and with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

20.  Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.

21.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.


Data Management and Analysis

22.  Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing marketing data and metrics.

23.  Prepare and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

24.  Help identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations required

·        Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for press releases, websites, and other marketing materials.

·        Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ; Adobe, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including writing, editing, and proofreading.

·        Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·        Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
