Business Application Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and solution-oriented professional to support and further develop our core business applications, with a strong focus on our ERP system. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business and IT, drive the digital transformation of internal processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making across the company. • Continuous development and support of our central business applications, with a strong focus on the ERP system
• Analysis and digitalization of internal business processes in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Acting as an interface between business and IT: translating business needs into practical technical concepts
• Integration, consolidation, and analysis of data from various systems, and creation of meaningful dashboards to support decision-making and process improvement
• Responsibility for business-critical applications, including interfaces and data flows
• Management and execution of small-scale digitalization projects, from requirements analysis to go-live, involving both internal and external stakeholders and resources
• Coordination of system updates, release changes, and support of day-to-day operations

• University degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field
• Experience with ERP systems and a good understanding of business processes
• Proficiency in data integration, analysis, and visualization (e.g. using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues
• Experience working on projects and collaborating with internal and external partners
• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Residence in Switzerland (preferably near Zurich) is required.
