Debit Card Clerk

Description

To provide a variety of clerical tasks and assist with activities in distribution of CFCCU debit cards

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Debit card processing to include the collection, recording and verification of information supplied by members.
  2. Process and troubleshoot relevant information systems
  3. Issue debit cards and distribute related correspondence to members
  4. Troubleshoot members' inquiries via appropriate media
  5. Cross sell credit union products and services
  6. Support the Member Services Department, as needed
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the Supervisor

Requirements

  1. An Associate's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
  2. A minimum of one years' experience in a commercial environment
  3. Satisfactory communication skills, written and verbal
  4. Ability to de-escalate conflict
  5. Highly customer-focused
  6. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Maintenance of confidentiality, tact, and initiative in dealing with official matters
  8. Team player
  9. Computer literate
  10. Planning, organizing, and time management/ability to multi-task
  11. Knowledge of organisation policies and products.
