RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (temporary, 1.5 years contract)

• Take complete ownership of recruitment projects to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Oversee internal communications platforms and social media (Intranet, Teams, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Coordinate employer branding activities
• Assist with event planning for employees (bi-annually and monthly activities)

• 1 year of proven work experience in the HR field, preferably recruitment
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Latvian
• Can-do attitude, accuracy, and good communication skills
• Good time management skills and positive personality with ability to work independently
