Our team consists of financial, IT, and customer care professionals who are experts in their field. We are inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Internal Auditor. We are looking for a candidate familiar with financial sector’s business and with internal audit expertise.


Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure that suppliers and their products are meeting with all company objectives and compliance requirements and that purchases are arranged in accordance with the Procurement Policy.

- Review, compare, analyze, and arrange approval of all supplies and services to be purchased.

- Research, evaluate and identify trustworthy, price competitive prospective new suppliers

- Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business

- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

– Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs.

- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders.

- Monitor order actual expenses and report the comparison on a bi-weekly basis.

- Monitor all the lease contracts (security contracts) of premises leased by Express Credit.

-Set-up list to record all company incident report after BM reports it (BM will manage process).

- Manage vehicles/ fleet of the company

- Oversee and supervise all purchase requests.

- Track office supplies stock and order when necessary for Branches.

- Prepare requested report with regards to budget expenses and cost analyses.

- Ensure budgeting and bookkeeping procedures are in line with procurement policy of goods and services.

- Provide support to the Finance department, by ensuring process and procedures are controlled and followed for all procurement activities.

- Manage the low value assets as per request from Finance.

- Report discrepancies to the finance team and engage the respective supplier for clarification Provide Finance team with a monthly report.

- Set-up and control grocery budget and purchases for Branches.

- Conducting or preparing any research that the direct line manager (Head of Customer Service) may require.


Requirements

- Degree in Business Admin/Marketing

-  Proven experience over 1 year within office administration and Procurement.

- Administrative skills, Facilities/Procurement skills added advantage,

– Knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership skills with good judgement and conflict management ability.

- Reporting, planning and organizational skills with good time management.
