Math Content Developer - Summer Student

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic summer student to work with our Math team as a Math Content Developer. This is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday) position for July and August.

This position is reserved for high school students only, preferably in grade 11 or 12.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive and engaging math content (problems and examples) for Maplesoft's products and help with maintenance of our public content gallery.
• Provide support to Maplesoft's development, marketing and sales teams through content creation, testing and assisting customers, as needed.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating videos, training materials and social-media posts.

• Focused on math and/or STEM courses and outstanding mathematical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Any of the following would be assets: teaching or tutoring experience, participation in math or science extra-curricular activities, or familiarity with Maple or Maple Learn.
