Join Bromley Y

Bromley Y promotes the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people aged 0–25 and their families. We enable positive change, foster resilience and help people build healthy relationships.

Our vision is:

“One in which children in our community can enjoy life growing up in Bromley.”

Our core values are CLEAR and guide everything we do:

  • C – Care: We care deeply about the wellbeing of the children, young people, families and colleagues we work with.
  • L – Listen: We listen carefully and ensure people feel heard and understood.
  • E – Empower: We support people to recognise their strengths, make informed choices and achieve positive change.
  • A – Accept: We value and accept people as individuals, recognising their unique identities, experiences and circumstances.
  • R – Respect: We treat everyone with dignity, fairness and respect.

Our services aim to listen, respect and support, providing effective interventions to those in need at the right time and in the right place. We work collaboratively with schools and other key providers to keep children, young people and their families at the heart of everything we do.

When you join Bromley Y, you become part of a compassionate, inclusive and values-led organisation where your work can make a meaningful difference. Whether you deliver services directly or support our work behind the scenes, you will contribute to improving outcomes for children, young people and families across the London Borough of Bromley.

We welcome colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and are committed to creating a workplace where people feel accepted, respected, supported and empowered to grow.
